The workshop confirms within 7 days, then delivery takes 1 to 2 weeks. You get an e-mail at each step.
The carrier assigns a pickup point near your address; there is nothing to choose. You are e-mailed when the parcel is dropped there. You can also choose home delivery (+€30).
No. The price includes delivery and customs duties: nothing to pay on delivery.
We e-mail you and the order is cancelled; you have nothing to pay.
Yes, up to 14 days after collecting your parcel. Return shipping to the workshop is at your expense: €0. See the Returns page.
