Order data is stored in a database hosted in Europe by Neon, and e-mails are sent through Resend. Payments are handled by Stripe: no card data ever reaches or is stored on our servers.
VAT status
VAT status of the sale: TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI — this mention is shown only once the French small-business VAT exemption is confirmed. Until that point is settled (Q-2), no VAT status is stated here. Displayed prices are what the customer actually pays, all taxes and duties included (DDP delivery).
Product and prices
- Price of the set, delivery to a pickup point included: €599.
- Home delivery: €30 extra, i.e. €629 in total.
- Countries we ship to: France.
- Stated lead times: workshop confirmation within 7 days, delivery 1 to 2 weeks.
Delivery is DDP: customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are paid by the seller. You have nothing to pay on delivery.
Complaints and mediation
Any complaint can be sent to contact@daralmajlis.com. If no solution is found, you may use, free of charge, the consumer ombudsman we are registered with: « À COMPLÉTER » (Q-10). The conditions and the procedure are set out in the terms and conditions of sale.
The European online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025: it is no longer a remedy and is mentioned nowhere on this site.
